We all know that health and fitness is important these days. What we put in our body is very important. It gives us the energy we need everyday. We also need to move in order to use the energy the food provides for our body. It's best to eat healthier foods, such as whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and less junk food.

There are so much more that I eat, but those are the few of many. Oatmeal, yogurt, all types of vegetables, sweet potatoes, and many other foods are also good for you. Remember to eat a variety of foods that are also healthy and nutritious. Remember the rainbow.
