Tip of the Day June 9, 2013

Hi everyone. I have had a busy day. Anyway, I will still give you the tip of the day.            
Try going vegetarian once a week. Americans these days consume a lot of red meat. Red meat contains a lot of saturated fat. Eating vegetarian once a week can help reduce the consumption of saturated fat. Just choose one day of the week to eat meatless.
