Tip of the Day June 10 and June 11, 2013

Hey hey everyone. Sorry about not posting yesterday. It was my first day of summer classes and I was so busy! Anyway, here are the tips of the day for yesterday and today.

Life these days can be really stress. To help with this, take a few minutes a day to sit, clothes your eyes and take a few deep breaths. It will help calm you down a little.

Another thing you can do is do yoga, You'll gain flexibility and strength along with the benefits of relieving some stress.

Eating healthy during the week can be a hassle when you're always so busy. Here are two tips you can follow to make eating healthy a little easier in your busy lives.

  1. Plan your meals. It'll be easier on you when you know what you are going to eat. You don't have to spend a lot of time of thinking about what to eat, or even worse, eating out. 
  2. Prepare some meals or foods before hand. Refrigerate them. It'll make things so much easier throughout the week. Just grab and go on the run.
