I just wanted to give a quick update on my training.
I ran 7 miles today and I'm so happy. That's actually the farthest I've run. When I woke up this morning, I didn't want to get out of bed. But, I got up for my run. I only planned on running around 5 miles. However, I got energy when I started running and ran 7 miles!
It's around 9 minutes a mile. More specifically, 8:58ish. I started out slow but got faster. I'm happy I was able to pace myself. I want to improve my time though. Hopefully soon!
Do you guys have any half-marathon training tips? Any tips would be great! Thanks in advance. =)
