Eat dinner around the table instead of eating in front of the TV. You won't mindlessly eat and you get to enjoy company with your family or whoever you are living with. Your feeling of satiety will be detected sooner too, since you're paying more attention to what you eat instead of watching TV. You'll be less likely to overeat.
I agree, TV is a big nuisance while eating. Even I prefer my family for sit and eat undistracted. really important!
ReplyDeleteYes. Eating time is suppose to be a time to tune out of technology and really connect with the people you care about. Now a days, most people are too busy to sit together for a family meal. It's very important to eat at least one meal with your family.
