And, what you're doing is perfectly fine. Those that consume 1200 calories or less aren't usually consuming all the nutrients they need. <br /><br />And, I love Starbuck's lattes. They're awesome. If I don&#...<br />I ususally consume too little calories. If I don't coun them, I usually eat actually too little and I lose on weight. <br /><br />I'm on diet atm (I eat 1400-1500 kcal). When I'll achieve my goal, I eat 1800-2000 calories per day.<br /><br /><br />My favourite dessert... uhh...
